Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day to qualify for review.

Return Requirements

To be considered for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and no signs of visible wear.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and free of damage.
• Sets must be returned as complete sets. Individual pieces from a set are not eligible for separate return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment, including the original shipping cost you paid at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return arrives at our facility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Products with visible wear or missing tags

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund (if eligible).

Return Shipping

Once the return is approved, the original shipping cost from your order will be included in your refund.
