Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Free on all U.S. orders over $99. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $98.99.

• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $7.99 flat rate.

• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $9.99 flat rate.

• Alaska & Hawaii Shipping (8-15 business days): $29.99 flat rate.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping
At this time, Kuula ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding internationally and will share updates soon.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
